This day long even explores the roots of Ancient Greek democracy in the Argolida. A lecture will be attended by walks and visits to local sites in the interest of providing a “living lecture.” At day’s end, there will be dramatic monologues on the aloni as well as a traditional feast. We will ask of those who attend Democracy Day at ElaGaia a contribution for honorariums as well as for those who assist in the cooking and provide the meal.
